What's New

purple flowersNews from Art's Corner. . .

Looking back on last year's landscape jobs, Sue and I both came up with the same feelings; we have improved our design technique and our clients were better served, but we still get excited about how we can do more. We had a wonderful opportunity to tour some of the finest nurseries in the country. We spent part of summer last year out in Oregon. It was wonderful to see such an exciting array of top-flight, landscape grade, trees and shrubs. Having spent all my adult life in the landscape profession, it is great to still get excited. Sue and I share a passion for what we do. We hope that we can share our enthusiasm with our customers. Our garden center has really developed over the years. However, we still feel, to some degree, that our garden center is a well kept secret.

Ocassionally, we will still hear customers, residents of Cromwell, say they didn't know we were hear. Spread the word! As we approach this spring, we are building a series of events here at the garden center that we feel will both inspire AND inform. And for those of you who know us, it will be a lot of fun! We think creating outdoor retreats is a gift.

We gain satisfaction from the comments of our customers. More than just landscapes, we are building landscapes to live in. It takes teamwork to create that ourdoor room for you. At Scovill's we have built upon our success with our drive to be the best, and with an eye towards proving you with the best. Our entire team wants to thank you for letting us help you decorate your home, and craft your landscape. Call today to set up an appointment with Sue and I to create your personal back yard setting in Spring 2008!
